UNISA IS INCOMPETENT!!!

I do not know what is so difficult in removing a simple error message off the system.
I have been put from pillar to post since yesterday (2013.06.24 at 1:14 pm) regarding this matter. I spoke to Hazel, who said he would call me yesterday before end of business. He only called this morning at 09h20, advising me that he cannot assist in removing the error message which reads "Supplementary examination granted ". He suggested I contact the examination department.
I don't understand why I should supplement if I passed my modules. I then contacted 0124292336 and spoke to Nkuli, she said she cannot assist me as she does not know the system well (why does UNISA hire incompetent staff) Nkuli then said she will put me through to someone who knows the system. The phone was answered by Mavis, who transferred me to Andries. Andries said registration was supposed to Assist me and he advised I speak to Mike.
Mike said he could not see such an error message on his system and advised that I go to nearest UNISA branch.

I feel that this is unprofessional and disgusting behaviour, I don't see why I should be going to the branch for such. I am a paying student
