I had to cancel my course with College SA and they only paid back half of my fees.
I can get NO response from them, I've left numerous messages and emails.
I registered in February and cancelled in April. I haven't even received my study material yet so how can I have cost you anything? I'm sure the consultant is smiling about all her commission!
You can't claim that your cancellation fees are one thing and then charge another! Nowhere in your terms and conditions is it stated that you will be money!
