3 Months of waiting, still nothing

After putting across my deposit so as to enrol in a Matric upgrade course I was contacted two days later being told that the course is no longer accepting student as applications have been closed. I proceeded to keep on asking what was going on and was told that it was being processed. After two weeks of waiting Brandon told me to send a letter of cancellation which I did. After pushing Damelin for answers I was contacted by Lindokhele Mhlungu, who was very helpful and tried to solve my issue, and she told me that it was not being processed and that the documentation had not been received. She proceeded to ask me to send the documentation which I did and then she said that it would take 90 days for me to get my money back after already waiting over 90 days. I find this utterly ridiculous especially given that it's actually Damelin where the issue.

Please advise.
