Ive sent in my last assignment for a course the 6/7/2013. I have proof on email that I did. Since then I've sent numerous emails and phoned to find out my results, no one replied or picked up. As of the beginning of this year I started receiving emails from NCRA stating I owe Intec R508.00 and although I was sure the amount has been payed in full, paid the "outstanding" amount, and the next month got a email again and again, stating I owe the same. I sent them proof of payment and still I receive the notice for payment. I want Intec to give me my results and check their records that the course was payed in full in the first 3months I started the course. If they cant give me my results I want a full refund!!!
