I DO NOT CARE ATTITUDE FOR CLIENTS

I am an IT professional, I have been waiting for my certificate on an international exam I wrote early this year. I knew it would take time to arrive in the country so I followed up with Apple and yes they did sent the parcel. I then received a receipt early June stating I have a parcel at the Bryanston Post Office waiting for me to come fetch it. The due date on the receipt was marked 07May 2013. But I only received it on June; I did not think much of this, until I went to the Post Office today (28/06/2013). Firstly the lady took 10 seconds to explain that the package is not there after without consulting their capturing system or anybody. I asked to speak to a manager and I was sent to the back of the building were I had to wait for a lady by the name of K who was not around. After waiting a good 15 mins "K" diverted responsibility and told me that there were not to blame as the package left their premises on the 20th of May (due date 7 May).

I asked if they could please track the parcel and make sure its not in the building, I was then referred to brach manager; which again was the same lady I had my first encounter with. She told me that the package cannot be tracked. WOW!!
