I am waiting 2 months for 1 exam voucher. I get told that I will be called back on regular occassions and then when I call Damelin 2 weeks later, I am advised that my call was not returned initially as they did not have feedback for me. I will not recommend Damelin to anybody as the inefficient service that I am receiving dates back more than 18 months, hence why my course has been extended on many occassions that even the course material changed during the period of the cause. Is lack of service delivery the norm at Damelin, or is my experience an exception.
