Transcript of degrees

Hi,

As per a previous complaint noted it is not easy to contact Unisa by phone as the phone just rings out, so I have e-mailed three times requesting a transcript be sent to a body requesting a copy be sent directly from the University. I live overseas so this makes it even more difficult, and unlike overseas Universties that have this facility readily available it seems like this is a difficult task. As I have said I have had no response to any of my mails.

Unisa, please help! And catch up to the rest of the world and set up a functionality to have this routinely available.
