I completed my MA at Vista, P.E. campus and when I enquired about duplicate cerificates, I was told to contact Lily More at UNISA. She informed me that I had to submit a letter of application, a certified copy of my ID, and an affidavit stating what happened to my originals. I duly submitted the requested documents on 8 February 2013 via fax and e-mail. Up to this day, I have not received ANY response from UNISA whatsoever! I have e-mailed them on numerous occasions, but still nothing! I even wrote to the registrar! If this is the kind of treatment they give their students, then I would advise EVERYONE that I know not to study there! It is really disgusting!! I wonder if I will ever get my duplicates from UNISA??? My student number is: 058606169
