I queried the marking of an assignment because I couldn't understand what was wrong with it yet I had I lowsy mark and the markers tone in his/her comment was offensive. Dr N Masuku efficiently replied to my enqquiry and said she would personally remark the assigment (she made it clear that she does not garantee me any extra marks but acknowlegded the validity of my query)
