I have e mailed unisa about an exam mark I received which I think is wrong, after talking to 2 other students who also wrote the same test and finding out there marks was the same as mine I was convinced it was wrong. I have e mailed them and after numerous e mails I have received no answer about remarking my test. The mark is 25%, 10% below the required remark mark, but it is impossible for me and the 2 other student to have received this mark and each time it costs money. After sending in 2 tasks one was marked and the other was not even marked, all I received was a message that said "checked by Jono" and a mark above 50 %. I don't even know who Jono is. The customer service at unisa is terrible and this is not on. Please can you guys help me.
