At the beginning of May i registered for a course with the instiute of secretaries. i paid full amount and a month later i am still waiting. they say they have delivered my books, which i have not received, and to date i keep calling ulindi to find out who signed for it and to show me a copy of the waybill but nothing. i have had enough. i just want my money back so i can continue studying elsewhere. i am very disappointed. give me my money back
