POOR SERVICE AND POOR EXCUSES

Till this day I have not received my study material. I paid for it the 10 July and it is now the 13 August.
I would like the money I paid for it deposited into my account by the end of today. I email and get no response, eventually when i do get a response they have an excuse that the goods got damaged and now

" The CD that comes along with your parcel was once again not registering in any one of our PC's at the office when I did the quality check so I wrote a cd with the content on it.By the time I had finished it was after 6pm and I wasn't in time to have the courier collect it from us"
