I passed my UNISA course back in 2011. 3 years down the line I am still struggling to get through anyone at UNISA to give any form of feedback as to when and how I am going to receive my certificate. I studied, wrote and passed the exams and all the fees were paid in 2011 but till today I do not have a certificate. I called and emailed them in numerous times but I do not get any response from the faculty. Please help.
