Called this company to request a quote to repair leak in my bathroom. Spoke to Rina who initially sounded pleasant & helpful enough, but since she requested me to email her a report of the work that needs to be done from another company she's been stringing me along with promises that "I'll send quote before the end of today" for more than a week!
I don't know what the problem is exactly, but if this company is only interested in business from certain types or specific types of jobs they should specify that on their website or have the decency to tell the customer what the issue is when asked, instead of wasting people's time waiting for something they have no intention of doing.
