Unlike some of the people who payed SEG Solutions up front for their solar geysers I at least got it installed. This was done by a very professional plumber/electrician. Geyser installed 04/07/12.The trouble started when we called Marius to ask about the rebate. Four or five calls and same amount of e-mails only to be met with the same BS... all blame laid at Eskoms door... system problems... trying to register the installation etc. Finally got hold Marius's ex-salesman only to be told that SEG Solutions had shut it's doors and done a runner. He also told me that he had not been paid for work done... the plumber who did our insall also in the same position... owed thousands... other clients we know have not received any rebates and some not even the geysers. Also told Marius has bought himself a new house in Roodepoort area and a spanking new car with his ill gotten gains
