I have been trying to contact Jaco & Ciske Coetzee of Skyline Roofing for months in connection with some repair work done to a polycarb roof over an outside laundry room... this repair has not been at all successful and I was assured in writing by Jaco Coetzee that they would come around again to fix the problem... this has never transpired despite my having paid their invoice for R 2900.00 in full and in good faith. No responses to emails which I have sent and I cannot get through telephonically on the numbers they have/had.
How does one now proceed??
