I was in Pretoria this morning, stopped at builders, bought a plug, it came up as the wrong price, told the customer service, and went through the long ordeal of getting my R2 back, then waited 15 mins for someone to call someone to call someone who could help me in the gardening dept, he didn't know and waited for someone else, bought the product, it seems sealed again, on going home to Fourways no rug, the product is missing pieces, been all over the web to find a contact number have tried 3 and all I get is a national careline, that only works during the week and a bit on Saturday, what now, I need to finish this project by Monday, and don't want to drive 60 mms tomorrow to get refunded, not impressed, 3 other builders warehouse branches have never heard of the product??? Not impressed
