I would like to report Johannesburg Housing Company for (Hygiene) building (Landrost mansion), incident start last October 2012 some tenants are throwing nappies from with windows which makes me unable to open the windows for fresh air in the morning same was escalated to Housing supervisor and he advised that he was aware of it and he will act accordantly and revert back to me.
it haven't stop and I'm still awaiting feedback from the Housing supervisor, on 18 March 2013 I did ask him again to convey massage to all tenants that have babies and that I can even accompany him again he failed to revert back me.
I total believe that is unfair for me to rent by not getting good service but when unable to comply with the terms and condition (unable to pay rent) the change the locks and request the tenants to leave.
