According to their Yellow Pages ad, all of their work is guaranteed. It took them some time to fix the fridge (approx. 12 days). Once the work was completed (and a sum of R1720 was paid - more than 50% of the original cost of the fridge!), I could hear that the fridge was working, but the next day I could feel that the fridge was not getting cold like it should.
I phoned repeatedly (multiple times a week), to try and get them back to fix the fridge, and was eventually told that one of the repairmen was in hospital. I gave them a little bit of grace during this time and didn't phone them for 2 weeks. All my attempts at calling after this grace period were again met with no action at all on their parts to fix a job which I was not satisfied with. I would phone 2 to 3 times a week and was repeatedly promised that they would come out the next day to finish the repairs.
I believe that the fan that they installed was not strong enough for the size fridge, and I had even offered to pay in the difference for a stronger fan, but after 3 months of this I am still waiting!
In my opinion, they falsely advertise a guarantee on their work and their service is absolutely shameful!
