I have had the absolute displeasure of dealing with the OWNER of this appalling company. I made arrangements for Smart Removals to move me from JHB to CPT, and special arrangement to move my plants as well, in which I am charge extra for. The writing was on the wall from the beginning. i received my goods, however my plants have not been delivered for 3 weeks, They bumped my stuff to cater for other peoplewho were over the limit of space. When approached in a civil manner on 3 occasions prior, I was promised that all will be sorted on that Monday, (nothing happened) when confronted AGAIN (in a civil manner) i was told he will get back to me the following day, I had top call him 3 days later... No response . my goods only being loade MAYBE that friday. I became considerably irate, given the fact that I have been civil up till this point. I was LITERALLY told to go F@#ck myself. It is just plants. and i am ignorant. THE FACT REMAINS i paid you for a service (you even charged me extra for) and you have done NOTHING. YOu happy to take my money but not deliver ALL my goods. considiering that the plants will be dead by the time they arrive. Has one seen the price of plants
