I went to Builders Warehouse to buy window glass i paid at till 0018 (Kgothato Mekgwe) at 17H05:48, for some reasons unknown to me i stood there for a very long time waiting for my glass to be cut, finally they cut it after i have send Khothatso several times to check on them. She became very helpful in pushing for my glass to be cut. This other gentleman came with the glass and he assisted in carrying it to the car, the security officer at the door wanted to see the quotation over and above the receipt i gave them. The poor gentleman had to go and source the quotation which took him a while because he was just assisting in carrying the glass. The same security officer would let white customer went pass them without searching or stamping the receipts if that a control (dysfunctional control). What pis*sE*d me off was the fact that i became late at the creche for picking up the kids because of some st*u*p*i*d process which favours the whites versus the blacks.
In my attempt to get the Manager to assist me, he was nowhere to be found, that was my bad experience at your shop.
