Top Carpets has been selected by Standard Bank to fit in new tiles. We requested additional service of under floor heating and had to pay for the extras to the amount of R2500.00. They made us wait for hours and informed us that they cannot do the job today nor tomorrow and this a a week after paying the mondey to them
They have wasted a day of our time and do not take responsibility for anything at all. they careless. I cannot work with such unproffesionalism and demanded my money back. Its been a day and they still have not sent me proof that the EFT has been process. I am unable to reach the manager George 082 458 1936
