We were promised a professionally installed floor within two days. Nothing could have prepared us for the nightmare that followed. The start date was the 11 July 2013. The job took 2 months to complete. The installers arrived when they wanted to. They damaged the walls when removing the carpets and tiles, installed damaged floor boards, damaged skirtings and had to get outside help to complete the stairs. The installation manager was called in. Almost everything they did had to be redone. The installers were rude, arrogant and intimidating, so much so that my wife and domestic were afraid of them. The floors are now cracking and skirtings are falling off one by one. There is no back up service, only excuses and empty promises The floors were paid for in full. Even though I am holding back the installation fees, no help is forthcoming. It is a living nightmare. I wish I went to the other flooring company.
