We were forwarded to Neluis by APC Homes in Pta. We wanted to have alterations done to our house. The project started on the 15th Jan 13 and was supposed to be completed by 15th March 13! We've paid over R137, 000 and to date, our floor has failed twice, no walls etc. Labourers have not been paid. ...
