I had Mr. Olwage at my house for build- in cupboards and kitchen renovation. After everything was done he had to replace a piece of 60x65cm kitchen top in Nov.2011.He didn't have a piece of the correct kitchen top, he didn't want to buy a whole sheet, although this piece of top was also included in his quote. He temporarily put in another piece of top not matching mine at all. When I wanted to deduct money for this as I knew I'm going to wait forever and a day to be replaced with the right one, he got furious and said I'm not to deduct any money, he will replace it with the correct top! I then paid him the full price. This was 1 and a half years ago, after numerous phone calls from myself, he indicated last year that he got a piece of my top, even last night upon phoning him he said he doesn't have time to come and do it! I am at my witts end, this odd piece that he put in does not fit in with the rest of my kitchen, and he was paid for the right thing! I think I've been more than patient with Mr. Olwage!
