If you are in the market for a handyman, stay away from JTB Maintenance. We have been fighting with them since 15 December to come and fix the mess they made at our house. From 'n door frame that was put in skew to a stack-door that was butchered. Last night it ended in a shouting match where we were told that we are not flexible and we don't call them back. The last time we checked, we are the customers that are stuck with a door that cant open and close or even lock for that matter. A floor where a can of paint was kicked over and dodgy handyman work, they damaged our screed floor with the bricks that went flying when they had to cut a hole in the wall. A small job that ended (and still continues) in a 3 month headache. I guess if the job is not big enough and the money is not substantial then you get to be treated like this. We will now have to get someone else to come and fix the mess they made. What makes it worse is that I got their details from a reputable paint retailer. Word of advice to the people out there - get references and ask if they have insurance before they starts working on your home.
