Mr. Sheppherd came to my house to do a quote to Tar our Driveway. Very
help full until he had to start doing the work! He dropped off his
workers and my partner and I had to check that they do the work correct.
Then he said to the workers to change things that does not compare to the
quote he gave us. So we had to pay an additional R500 for him to put
Kerbs all the way around the tar driveway! He finished with the driveway
on the 11 January. On the 18 January we started phoning him that the grass
is growing through the Tar and that the tar is falling into pieces.
Within 7 days it looks like we've had the Tar for years. On his quote it it states 'Our jobs carry a 22 month guarantee to cover all workmanship defects'! We have made numorous appointments where he just doesnt pitch or let us know. When I contact him from my personal cellphone he doesnt answer but when I contact him from a private number he answers. The work that he has done at our house is a disgrace. I've got pictures of where the grass is growing through, the worms are coming through and where the Tar has washed away and its not even been 2 months.
