On Monday 4 Feb I posted a complaint under the incorrect name of Advanced Pools and as a result the owners of the company have not been able to respond to my post.
I will not go into details of the complaint here. I have asked for it to be removed for various reasons. Since my post was made here, the owners of Advance Pools have been in contact with us and most of our issues have been resolved.
I posted my complaint without my husband's knowledge and without realising that he had been in contact with the owners who had agreed to assist with sorting out our snag list. Besides one small matter which is being addressed, we are happy to report that all matters raised with them have been resolved.
The pool looks really great and my initial post was a knee reaction, made out of anger and frustration and in hindsight I regret posting what I did.
It was not my intention to cause any damage to any person or company and I am truly sorry for reacting in this manner. Thank you Gerhard for making contact with my husband and for being so gracious throughout this. I sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.
