I posted on Hallo Peter a few months ago how poor the service is received from Pengiun pools. This is just some feedback to say that the owner Derek du Plessis got involved in my problem with the company and that all the challenges were resolved. My pool was fixed. Derek did all possible to assist, It seems like Pengiun Pools are really pulling it together... Thank you Derek.
