Advance Pools installed a solar heated salt water pool for us in late 2011 and about 11 months after installation we discovered that the seals between solar panels had not been jointed properly and that there had been a slow leak of salt water onto our garage roof which resulted in the galvanised sheet rusting to the point of leaking on to my car below.
It took more than 6 weeks to get someone from Advance Pools out to successfully fix the joints. It was then another 4 months before I got a response on the replacement of the sheeting and only after I suggested that I post a comment on this website. Ultimately they have refused to accept responsibility for the damage to the roof caused by initial poor workmanship.
Our entire experience with Advance Pools was not a good one. I'm not looking for a response from them but am merely using this website to let others know of my experience.
