Damian and Chris from Plumber Boyz came to fix my geyser and said element and temperature garget wasn't working. They changed and replaced it and said to wait 2 hours for the water to heat up and its been over 48 hours but the water is still cold.
When i call them to come and check, they request we make payment but what they came for wasn't fixed!
The lady at reception with a BIG NASTY attitude and doesn't know customer service.
We are not being loaned service, we PAY money for this service, please don't act as if the company is doing us a favor while we pay them in full.
