I purchased glass and paid for delivery on Monday. I expected delivery on Tuesday as arranged. The incompetent staff at Hennospark failed to deliver the glass and behaved like a government department by falsely alleging to have gone to a wrong adfress to failing tondeliver and again alleging that glass broke on its way to my address. They again failed to deliver the glass on today, causing me to spurce from another manufacturer.
The conductbis regrettable and tells a lot about the business. Surely i do not need such a relation.
I requested my dulm refund as paid.
