Daklek not fulfilling the 5 year warranty commitment

Daklek is not responding to my request on the incident reported.
Daklek fixed our roof from leaks and due to the heavy rains we have been experiencing, on January 25, I sent them an email reporting a leak identified in the house. I sent them a number of emails after that but still today, they have not responded to any of my emails and now the leak has caused damage to the ceiling and cracked the wall.
