Went shopping around for new pool, and Clear water by far came back with the most impressive sales pitch. They arrived early Jan 2014 to start the installation and all still looked promising. What followed was just really bad planning and communication from Clear water pools. No communication when people will be on site, no proper planning to ensure everything is on site on time. But as soon as the pool was in, the little feedback we did received also stopped. Now we stuck with a pool without any handover, the pool has some cracks on the surface, and absolutely no urgency to get the job done. My only recommendation to people that want to do business with them, is to not agree to the terms to pay everything in full until the pool is actually handed over. I will update the post to see if they actually deliver on the awesome sales pitch, but at the moment I am very disappointed in the value I received for the money we paid.
