I wanted to do a simple thing - cut a key for a safe that I bought from Builders Warehouse. During my first 'encounter' the staff's attitude was quite shocking. The 'manager' (Sedja Masipa) then promised he will inform me when they have a key for me - which he did, however, when I arrived there, there was no key and the staff that attended to me were not there either. Again very poor attitude from the staff. The new 'manager', Mark Pace, at first seems skeptical that anyone sent me a mail to confirm that they had stock. I subsequently forwarded the mail to the 'manager', yet in spite of a reminder SMS, I have not received any feedback.
