I bought a geyer timer from plumblink. The timer was too large to fit into my electrical DB so I tried to return it within 7 days. Oom (refused to give me his real name) from Plumblink advised that they do not take back electrical goods even though it was not used and not fit for purpose.

This is unfair, unjust and unreasonable business practice.
