I went into the store to request a kist to be made in a particular dark colour wood. I was told that they could make this and it would be done in two weeks.
Four weeks later, I got called to come fetch the product, only to be dissapointed that it was made with a red type wood.
They told me they would keep this one and make the one I requested. I then informed them that I will not take a product that is just painted over as it is tacky and I also did not request red wood.
A week later they phone to tell me they can't make this and can they sand it and would I be happy to paint it myself.
I said no and requested a full refund.
Im currently still arguing with them as they want to charge me a handling fee for having the product for the 6 weeks.
