Incompete repairs and no feedback

I have carpet and wooden floor damage due to burst geyser. John Dor Flooring was appointed to do the repair. After they left my house I saw that some quarter rounds was missing in my passage. I call the installer Gideon de Bruyn who did the installation but was not able to get trought to his cell phone. I called the office for John Dor Flooring on 10 December 2013 and spoke to Natalie and informed her of the problem. She told me that they would contact Gideon and arrange for home to fix the incomplete installation on 11 December 2013. I a called again on 12 December as I had no feedback from John Dor Flooring and also no one came to fix the installation. I was then told the reason was that Gideon the installer claimed that there was no quarter round. This was not pointed out at the time of installation and also did they not call me back with this information. Also I am not sure how Gideon can really make that statement as he was not present when this carpets was removed and also not while his people did the installation. He leaves his people unsupervised and then also does not give any important feed back to the customer.
