Poor customer service

Given a choice of time to have a geyser replaced - I selected 12am. At 12:10 I get a call to say, plumbers will be late. THIS EQUALS POOR SERVICE. so I ask what time can I expect them. Told 14h00. THEY ARRIVED AT 15H40 - OVER 3.5 HOURS AFTER THE APPOINTED TIME. NO APOLOGY, NO SMS TO SAY SORRY WE DOUBLE BOOKED OR SQUEEZED IN ANOTHER CUSTOMER BECAUSE THEY OFFERED US SOME CASH/BRIBE. I AM NOT IMPRESSED WITH THE OFFICE STAFF OF THIS LOUSY PLUMBING COMPANY Inkuni plumbers. I would not recommend them to anyone and we should rather have gone with Mr P----. Oh Absa Insurance you should ask for feedback!!! Do not phone me back. I merely wanted to list this complaint so that others being given your serviceless know that you are not good. The plumbers were okay - but the cheeky co-ordinator advised me as to how I should feel when told they were late - My darling I am quite capable of knowing how made the late plumbers would make me feel and you do not need to tell me how I should feel!!!
