Got a quote from Johan van der merwe owner of Vans landscaping and irrigation for my front garden, paid 70% up front.
He said 7 working days and my garden will be done.
He arrives at my house late when he comes, does not pick up when i phone him, brings one worker, or two and leaves them there for the day.
He does not manage his workers or evaluate their work.
There has been so many days where his workers wait for him, laying on my lawn, because he is fetching material.
He is not delevering on what he promised when it comes to the prep of ground, the hedges was promised to be thick bush, he is using as little plants and material to save money for himself.
He did not give me a choice in what water feauture i want, just dropped off a pot which is not even installed yet.
He is a and is always full of excuses why the work is not done.
He does not rock up when he says he will work that day and he ignores my phone calls, especially now that I have complained to him about his work.
Its been 3weeks going on 4 and my garden is not even half way.
My husband and i just found out he did this to other people as well.
Please be careful when doing business with this man, he advertises on gumtree.
