Bad workmanship, terrible service - Avoiding client

We placed an order for stairs inside our house, with payment of a 75% deposit. They undertook to have the work completed by 4 September 2013. This was confirmed telephonically with their office on a number of occasions. In any event the quotation specifies delivery within 3 weeks from date of final on site measurements & approved drawings & start installation within 10 days. It also specifies that the price includes "Manufacturing, Delivery & Perfect installation" where the latter is yet to happen. They undertook to meet on site and they failed to show at the meeting. 'They had not attended the meeting as they forgot." They confirmed however that work would commence the next day. This did not happen. Some work was undertaken the following day. They were aware the work was required to be completed by Friday 6 September 2013 latest. Despite numerous assurances this didn't happen. The had also delivered the incorrect balustrade, they undertook to rectify the problem immediately, once again assurances were worthless. we finally met in October 2013 when I pointed out the numerous mistakes & examples of bad workmanship. They would return next day with the installation team. Never happned
