Shoddy workmanship and non-delivery

Brad Parsons provided quote in March.. Designed patio blind, took down specifications, quoted. paid my 50% deposit as required. date was confirmed and I was told that delivery would be made in a week. I pointed out at the time of the sale that the reason for installing the blind was to keep my pets out of the rain and cold, whilst I was at work and protect an antique table and chairs, which has been in my family forever. Time and date was scheduled for installation and nobody arrived as planned. I called and Brad told me that things had been delayed due to the rain! Nobody bothered to inform me. apologies given and once again given the assurance that I was important. The blind was eventually installed, workmanship disgusting. zip skew, one side not fixed as per specification, windows all rippled, slant was in the wrong direction, "skirt" cut too short and the blind was fixed on the inside instead of the outside. Brad inspected and confirmed workmanship very poor and not as ordered. Gary also inspected and agreed to install a new one in 2 weeks. No delivery. Followed up again and he said he forgot to call. Agreed to refund and I'm still waiting.
