Manhattan Balustrades, specifically Jacques Mulder, promised to install a pool fence by end November 2012. I paid him up front and as of today he has not fitted the fence. He does not take calls (his phone is off), does not reply to emails. I believe he has taken my money and run. I have asked for my money back. He still does not reply. I will be getting a lawyer to get him to pay my money back. If anyone has contact details of him please let me know.
