Contacted them on 3 different occasions via their helpdesk system. Was replied to once with a very poor response, not even answering my original question.
Now I'm wondering if I should even purchase their product if this is the kind of support they provide. I'd expect a whole lot more from a company that is partnered with Tarsus.
