LEAKING ROOF AND CRACKED WALL

I moved in my brand new house in July 2012 and there were couple of things which needs to be fixed cause work was not done properly.
1. Sink roof which had space where one could see the sky from inside the garage
2. Water which was coming in the garage from the garage door from the kitchen side,
3. Water which was coming in the kitchen door every-time when it was raining,
4. Water which was coming in my lounge from the roof tiles,
5. Some of the window handles were loose and not opening.
6. the bathroom cupboard door from my daughter's room was never fixed,
7. my bathroom cupboard doors edge covers are coming out,
8. the damaged roof tiles at the both corners of the back of the house which were put on the roof though,
9. The crack on the outside wall of the geyser pipe.
10. Curtains rails which are loose and some have plastic inside snails.

i have previously contacted Mike Ferguson who later sent me a disrespectful e-mail saying the developer wont be held responsible for that cause when they tried to fix roof tile previously they found rocks on my roof, which is absolutely cause there re no rocks or stones in the complex. they re not replying to my e-mails now.
