I phoned the company on the 3rd or 4th of December 2013 to repair windows in my house and they said that they would be able to come out on Friday the 6th of December 2013, they cant give me a time as they are very busy which I understand. i then waited the whole Friday and no one came or phoned to schedule another meeting. I then phoned on the 11th of December 2013 to find out what the problem was and they said they would come back to me, no one has.
