I requested for ESC Flooring to complete an installation of wooden flooring at my house. They installed 2 different colours for the flooring and the quarter rounders and the sealing, which looked awful. I informed them of this, and was assisted by a lady (Chantelle) who was very accommodating, and understood the problem. She mentioned he will fix it, and was helpful.
A day later, I received a call from Nikolai (the owner), who screamed at me without facts, mentioned that I have to make additional payment for things they didn't do, and also told me that "HE HAS HAD ENOUGH OF ME AS A CLIENT"
This is the most unprofessional person, with bad attitude, and does not deserve to serve clients since he doesn't appreciate the meaning of business.
