All I can say is the service received is an absolute joke. When purchasing a lounge suite for my new place I was promised delivery by absolute latest 15th November which is the reason it was purchased. I currently have no lounge suite as i assumeed i would make due for the 2 weeks from the 1st November. When I phoned on the 15th I was told no it would be delivered the latest the 5th December. When I complained about this I was told management would contact me to sort the issue out. I am still waiting for that call. I currently have family arriving next week for the Christmas break and all i can recieve from the company after paying a 20% deposit 10th October is "We did not receive any docking dates on these suites yet, we are still expecting them in December.
As soon as we have a new update we will inform you". Obviously this will be the same type of informing that took place once the deadline of the 15th and then the 5th passed by.
