Incomplete Installation

Since May 2013, I have been waiting for cupboards to be installed. Conti partly installed, and since then have made more than 10 appointments to finalise the job, not pitching, no apologies, no re-arrangement for another time, blaming their suppliers, but actually, it's just bad management, disrespect for customer's time and plain rude.
Management is in disarray, no one takes responsibility, everyone blames someone else. Only when I phoned them yesterday, 4 weeks after my last call, did they arrange a time for 1 pm today. Yet again, they did not pitch. No phone call, no apology. When I phoned the office, I got the usual excuses. They were running late, should have phoned, can't make it today, etc, etc. This is a SIMPLE job. And they wanted to quote on my kitchen...!!!
