Shocking workmanship then refuses to refund!

I recently contracted the services of Pool services to build a pool for me and have had endless problems.

I have had to throw them off site due to the poor workmanship which has been verified by an engineer.

They have not bothered to come to site since last week Thursday and also failed to come to a meeting which was set up for Monday nor did they bother to phone!

They are now hiding behind there attorney as they won't pay my money back.

Please can you help.

I have photos of the pool walls failing down and the poor workmanship.
